Description:
We are seeking for a talented and detailed-oriented individual to join our team as a Telesales Executive. You will be responsible for upselling our products to potential customers. You will also be responsible for calling the customers and answering all their questions related to purchasing orders and other related issue.
Furthermore, you should be comfortable working in a stressful environment and demonstrate excellent sales skills. You should also be maintaining accurate records of all the customers for future reference.
As an ideal candidate, you should make sure that you offer outstanding customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. You should possess a phenomenal ability to communicate with customers efficiently.
Responsibilities
• Understanding the products and services offered by the company.
• Following scripts and guidelines to promote products or services effectively.
• Explaining product features and benefits to potential customers.
• Handling objections and answering questions from potential customer
• Closing sales and meeting sales targets.
• Maintaining accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in a database.
• Following up with customers who have expressed interest but have not yet made a purchase.
• Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints or issues.
• Collaborating with the sales team and other departments to improve sales processes and strategies.
• Taking outbound calls to potential customers to sell products or services.
• Adhering to all the company’s rules and regulations.
• To be successful in this role, a Telesales Agent should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong sales skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. They should also be comfortable using computer software and databases to manage customer information and track sales metrics.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
3+ years of work experience as a Telesales Executive, Telesales Representative, or a related job position in the Sales department.
A professional certification as a Certified Sales Professional (CSP) will be a benefit.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
Outstanding ability to follow scripts.
Pleasant and customer-oriented individual.
Ability to handle multiple tasks.
Exceptional sales and negotiation skills.
Ability to solve complex problems promptly.
Ability to deal with different personalities.
