Desired Qualification:
Candidate with 7-12 years of experience in
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a relevant field.
Proven experience as an administrative officer or in a similar role.
Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.
The Onboarding & Admin Officer is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the mobilization of resources and personnel for various projects. They work closely with HR team to ensure the smooth and efficient deployment of resources.
Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate the mobilization of personnel for specific projects.
Develop detailed mobilization plans.
Monitor and track the movement of personnel to ensure adherence to project timelines and requirements.
Conduct regular assessments of project mobilization processes and identify areas for improvement.
Communicate effectively to provide updates on mobilization activities and address any issues or concerns.
Maintain accurate documentation and records related to resource mobilization activities.
Provide support and assistance to project teams during the mobilization phase as needed.
Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts and all other employee records.
