Duties & Responsibilities:
Support deployment and configurations in the mobile application platform.
Operate & Monitor Web & Mobile Applications.
Monitor collaborations environment for anomalies and errors, reporting and escalation of issues.
Provide the required daily support, maintenance, and management of the platforms. Provide Level-II support and prepare escalation to IT Development and Executive Management Team.
Forecasts system demands and recommends upgrades, expansions and reconfigurations. Develop and maintain high standards in establishing procedures and policies to address routine jobs and certain resolution protocols.
Attending Customer Complains in a timely manner maintain section’s KPI.
Documentation, follow-up and Maintenance of released Applications.
