Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Engineer – pre- and Sales at ePaper Ltd. located in Dubai. The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support for pre and post-sales activities including troubleshooting, analyzing and solving customer problems, and delivering an excellent customer service experience.
