• Develop innovative and impactful commercial proposals (study methodology, support module, technological solutions) that meet your clients strategic challenges
• Ensure day-to-day customer relations and develop lasting relationships to ensure your customers satisfaction
• Be responsible for the conduct of projects while respecting deadlines and budgets
• Design and present value-added analysis to support clients in their customer experience improvement strategy
• Manage a team in project mode or in direct management depending on the type of project
• Participate in the development of the departments commercial development and contribute to proposals and pitches for new business
• Be active in the engagement and development of the team members
• Work closely with UX researchers, experience designers and usability engineers
• Bridge the gap between user research and market insights

Requirements

• You have a degree in Marketing or Communication (business school, university, IAE, IEP, etc.)
• You have at least 5 years of experience in the field of institute research and/or consulting / corporate branding
• You will have a strong sense of analysis, have acquired an excellent understanding of client needs and demonstrate a real ability to go into strategic issues and propose innovative solutions
• You have a proven track record in at least one of the following areas of expertise: brand management, CX, market understanding
• Strong qualitative (Interviews, Focus Groups, Shadowing, Benchmarking…) and/or quantitative research skills (MATLAB, SPSS, Python, Stata…)
• You can manage multiple projects while maintaining full ownership of time management and project coordination
• You can find the story in the data ? and telling that story to clients in a way which is compelling but does not lose sight of the evidence
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills ? preparing presentations and reports that are engaging, authoritative and insightful
• You like challenges and enjoy working in a constantly changing environment
• You speak French (C1) and English (C1) fluently and enjoy working in an international environment
• You like to work in a team and understand the tech ecosystem
