Join Emirates dynamic HR team in Dubai! As a Digital Recruitment Specialist, your role will involve leading projects focused on automation and innovative process improvement within Talent Acquisition (recruitment & on-boarding). Your primary goal will be to streamline operations, boost efficiencies, and elevate the overall people experience.
You will closely collaborate with the Recruitment & Onboarding Team of the Emirates Group to identify and propose new initiatives aligning with the department’s digital talent acquisition strategy, leveraging proven tactics and strategies in global marketplaces.
This role is a 2-year fixed-term contract opportunity.
In this role, you will:
. Lead and implement creative Talent Acquisition strategies and initiatives, including but not limited to recruitment marketing, video engagement, career webinars, gamification, competitor organizational chart mapping, social media utilization, talent communities, interviewing and talent mapping.
. Train Recruiters in conducting and presenting market research on candidate data, including skill sets, demographics, hiring trends, talent supply and demand reports, and identifying top target companies, competitors, or talent pools.
. Evaluate the costs and the benefits to fully assess the potential value of each initiative to support the global talent acquisition strategy.
. Drive activities related to pipelining for specific projects and campaigns across different business areas and geographies, targeting both active and passive talent.
. Produce reports to monitor on-line traffic flows, candidate application trends, role specific demographic data and external website cost-benefit analysis.
. Act as a Consultant to relevant departments in HR supporting all digital Recruitment & Onboarding processes to ensure new and effective enhancements are developed.
. Conduct data-driven evaluations of completed projects, analysing key metrics and outcomes to assess the effectiveness of talent acquisition initiatives. Regularly review and report on the results, providing insights for continuous improvement and informed decision-making.
. Act as the key contact point and custodian responsible for the updating of content on the recruitment digital channels
To be considered for this role, you must meet the below requirements:
. 5+ years experience in Recruitment or relevant field
. Demonstrated history and expertise in spearheading global talent acquisition initiatives and programs on a large scale
. Strong background in recruitment experience in talent intelligence is an advantage.
. Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing data-driven approaches within the process, with a proven ability to leverage analytics, metrics, and insights to optimize talent acquisition strategies and decision-making.
. Substantial experience in effectively managing and influencing senior stakeholders. Proven ability to navigate and collaborate with high-level executives to align talent acquisition initiatives with organizational objectives.
. Preferred experience in developing and implementing effective communication strategies with employees and candidates.
