About the Role:
As a Quality Analyst, you will be at the forefront of ensuring top-notch quality and efficiency in our operations. You’ll analyze data, identify compliance gaps, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements. If you have a strong background in data analysis, building reports, and a keen eye for process optimization, we want to hear from you!
Key Accountabilities:
Conduct in-depth data analysis to uncover insights and trends.
Develop processes to monitor compliance with quality standards.
Collaborate with teams to identify opportunities for process enhancement.
Build reports and interactive dashboards using Power BI or similar tools.
Review and update operational documentation to meet industry standards.
Provide training and support to enhance quality-related processes.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and recommend innovative solutions.
Requirements:
BSc degree in BA, data analytics, or quality management.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Quality Analyst, preferably in logistics.
Proficiency in data analysis techniques and business intelligence tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to propose effective solutions.
