Job Description: IT Specialist
Position Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced IT Specialist to manage and oversee all aspects of our IT infrastructure for Elite Click and our network of affiliated companies. This role is pivotal in ensuring the continuity and efficiency of IT services that are critical to our company’s and affiliates’ operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Zoho platforms and integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
System Management: Oversee and ensure the seamless integration of IT systems, including system software like Zoho applications, across all companies. Implement and manage software updates and upgrades, ensuring systems are up-to-date with the latest technology.
Email Integration: Manage and optimize email systems to ensure efficient and secure communication across Elite Click and affiliated companies. Configure email protocols and set up filters to protect against spam and phishing attacks.
Domain Management: Handle all aspects of domain setup, troubleshooting, and management, ensuring high availability and security for all entities within our network. Monitor domain registrations and renewals to prevent lapses.
Infrastructure Oversight: Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure across all companies, ensuring systems are secure from external threats and operate at optimal levels. Conduct regular security audits to identify and rectify vulnerabilities.
Email and Domain Management: Set up and manage email accounts using our domain. This involves selecting an email hosting provider, registering and configuring the domain, verifying ownership, and setting up necessary DNS records (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC) to ensure secure and efficient email communication.
Zoho Platform knowledge: Have thorough knowledge of Zoho platforms and integrations, ensuring seamless connectivity and functionality across all Zoho applications.
Account Setup: Create and maintain email accounts, configure email clients, and ensure seamless integration across platforms.
Testing and Troubleshooting: Conduct regular tests to verify the functionality of email communications and troubleshoot any issues related to email delivery and configuration.
Network Administration: Administer network operations including hardware and software support. Manage network configurations to ensure smooth network operation across multiple locations.
Support and Troubleshooting: Provide first-level IT support across the network, resolving problems efficiently to minimize downtime and maintain continuity in business operations. Escalate complex issues to appropriate higher-level IT support teams.
Project Management: Lead IT projects from inception through to execution, ensuring they meet the needs of all companies within the network, adhering to timelines and budget requirements. Collaborate with various departments to align IT projects with overall business goals.
Doentation: Maintain comprehensive doentation of systems configurations, IT procedures, and compliance measures for all companies. Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures to ensure consistency and security across the board.
Training and Development: Conduct IT training sessions for staff to ensure proper use of IT resources. Develop user manuals and FAQ resources for end-users.
Vendor Management: Liaise with IT vendors and service providers to secure products and services that align with the company’s IT needs and budget constraints. Negotiate contracts and manage service agreements.

Candidate Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Proven experience in IT systems management, including hands-on experience with Zoho applications and email systems.
Strong understanding of network infrastructure and domain management.

Strong communication and project management skills.
