Essential Experience 8 years of experience in a Senior Analytical positionStrong Knowledge of the healthcare industrySolid technical background with hands-on experience in healthcare planning and financial analysisExperience in business process improvement.Education requirements Graduate degree in Finance / Management (Essential) Desired: MBA or equivalent Main tasks and responsibilities (the position exist to perform the below tasks and essential activities) Contribute to the development and execution of the department’s short to mid-term plans to ensure alignment with the division’s strategic priorities and contribute to the development of annual business plans for the assigned areas of responsibility to support the achievement of financial objectives.Manage the performance management, career progression and activities of direct reports by setting annual objectives, identifying training opportunities, mentoring, coaching, and providing constructive feedback to improve their performance.Collaborate across Elegancia healthcare to help assess and prioritize transactions to best align with corporate strategy and growth objectives.Support identifying opportunities for acquisitions and partnerships, including conducting financial and commercial assessments of various portfolio strategies and options.Support development of financial projections for the growth opportunities.Perform detailed financial analysis; develop comprehensive pro-forma financial models, valuation analysis, and synergy models in support of potential transactions.Prepare high-quality presentation materials to senior leaders and decision makers.Participate in aspects of transaction execution including due diligence and financial valuation modeling, working closely with business teams, internal functional experts (e.g., legal, accounting, tax, etc.) and outside advisors to support execution.Support post-merger integration deliverables along with cross-functional teams.Provide input into the development and implementation of the department’s policies, systems, processes, and procedures, identifying potential areas of improvement, to support an efficient and effective operation.
