Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Paralegal Assistant who is proficient in Arabic, English, and French to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will support the Legal Counsel in various legal matters, including contract management, compliance, and regulatory affairs. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Contract Management
Legal Research and Analysis
Compliance and Regulatory Affairs
Litigation Support
Administrative Support:
Maintain legal databases and ensure all legal documents are accurately filed and easily accessible.
Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
Translation and Interpretation:
Provide accurate translation of legal documents and correspondence in Arabic, English, and French.
Assist in interpreting during meetings and negotiations, if required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in law, Paralegal Studies, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in an IT or technology-focused environment.
Proficiency and good command in Arabic, English, and French (both written and spoken) is essential and will be an advantage in our selection.
Strong understanding of contract law, corporate law, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent research, analytical, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
