Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Concept Architect, senior position in Dubai UAE. The Senior Architect will be responsible for Concept Design, project management and coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams including project managers, engineers, and designers.
Qualifications
15 years experience in Concept Design, Architectural Design and knowledge of all requisite Authorities in Dubai
Must be familiar with the Dubai Building Codes
Must be familiar with the GFA, Saleable Area, RERA requirements etc.
Presentable who can present Design concept and follow the Detail design with the team; and Approvals; and Authorities, well connected with the Authority.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with architectural design software
Experience with Revit, AutoCAD is mandatory and other related presentation soft wares is a plus.
Excellent computer skills
