Description:
We are a 5 year old Real Estate company based in Business Bay, near metro station. Hiring a female staff to work as office admin and personal secretary to the CEO.
Ideal candidate would have a bachelor’s degree or diploma, some experience of working in Dubai with multi-lingual colleagues and any experience in Real estate would be an added advantage.
Knowledge of PC / Mac environment, Social Media posting, Email etiquette, Basic excel or spreadsheets, Basic Powerpoint, Canva etc and good phone skills are essential. Accent Free English speaking person is very important.
Office hours from Monday to Thursday
9am to 5pm, Fridays 10am to 4pm
(flexible on start / finish – with an hour or two of WFH required after hours and on Saturdays)
