Description:
Require an HR Executive for the academic year 2022-2023.
The duties covered:
The Human Resources Executive is responsible for supporting the HR Manager in all aspects of the school’s human resources management and operations in compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
The HR Executive handles the daily administrative and HR Department operations including recruitment and hiring; staff training; employee relations; record maintenance (e.g. grievances, terminations, absences, performance reports, compensations, and benefits information);
HR communications; registration of new staff into the KHDA system; municipality (medical) application; an arrangement of documents for
Renewal, cancellation, and addition of new staff; and preparation of official letters, as requested by the employees.
Bachelor’s Degree, commensurate with the nature of the role (e.g. specialization in Human Resource Management)
Experience of no less than 3 years in a similar role, preferably in educational institutions.
