• Receiving complaints, disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with educational providers.
• Recognizing the underlying principles, reasons, or facts of information by breaking down information or data into separate parts.
• Evaluating information and results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
• Coordinate compliance visit to education providers and investigate, interview and collect evidence.
• Facilitate negotiation and conflict resolution through evidence-based decision making and raising public awareness.
• Monitor and ensure the effective operational management and implementation of agreed recommendations arising from the consideration of complaints made by service users.
• Ensure learning from complaints is embedded and changes are made to improve service delivery.
• Responsible for monitoring the implementation of policy changes that arise from the analysis of complaints
• Partnership with educational providers to ensure efficient handling of complaints.
• Responsible for keeping up to date with changes to procedures and processes on a regular basis.
• Improving the current processes to benefit both our internal and external customers.
• Ensure that complainants are updated and advised of action taken.
• Monitor the number of follow up complaints received in relation to caseload.
