Dourado Luxury Cars, a leading name in the luxury automotive industry, is currently seeking a talented and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
– Accurately enter data into our company’s database systems, ensuring completeness and correctness
– Maintain data integrity by conducting regular quality checks and resolving any discrepancies
– Perform data verification and cross-referencing to ensure accuracy and consistency
– Update and maintain various spreadsheets and records related to sales, inventory, and customer information
– Support other team members in administrative tasks as needed
Candidate Requirement
– Must be of Indian nationality
– Previous experience (2 years minimum) in data entry or a similar administrative role is preferred
– Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
– Proficiency in using computer applications, including MS Excel and data entry software
– Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
– Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
– High level of integrity and respect for confidentiality
