We are looking for an Digital Marketing Manager who will be joining our dynamic and multicultural team. The candidate should have a minimum 5 years of similar experience in the same field.

Responsibilities
Strategy Development: Work with your team to create comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the company’s overall marketing and business objectives. This involves understanding the target audience, market trends, and competitors to formulate effective plans.
Campaign Execution: Oversee the implementation of digital marketing campaigns across different channels such as social media, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, content marketing, and more.
Team Management: As a manager, you are responsible for hiring, training, and developing the skills of your team members. Provide guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to handle their respective tasks efficiently.
Performance Tracking and Analytics: Monitor the performance of digital marketing campaigns using various analytics tools. Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to campaigns that have the highest potential for ROI (Return on Investment).
Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as the creative team, sales team, and product team, to ensure a cohesive marketing approach that supports overall business objectives.
Stay Updated with Trends: Keep yourself and your team up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in digital marketing. This knowledge will help you stay competitive and implement innovative strategies.
Content Strategy: Work closely with the content team to develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with the marketing goals and engages the target audience effectively.
Brand Management: Ensure that all digital marketing efforts are in line with the company’s brand guidelines and maintain a consistent brand image across different platforms.
A/B Testing and Optimization: Implement A/B testing methodologies to optimize marketing campaigns continuously. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve performance.
Social Media Management: Oversee the management of social media accounts, ensuring that content is engaging, timely, and consistent with the brand’s voice.
Media Relations: Cultivate and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, and other media representatives to secure media coverage for your company or brand.
Press Releases: Oversee the creation and distribution of press releases to announce new product launches, company updates, or other newsworthy events.
Brand Reputation: Monitor and manage the online reputation of your brand, responding to reviews and feedback in a timely and professional manner.

5+ years’ experience managing digital marketing team end to end (360 degrees)
Experience managing large digital media budget and deploying budget across multiple advertising platforms
Certification in Google Ads / or similar
Superior knowledge of search engine criteria/algorithms, best practices, trends and industry developments
Strong ability to think a bigger picture and savvy mind for Marketing
