Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Design & Estimation of Fire Protection Systems to the full satisfaction of the organization and client, ensuring compliance to all stipulated standards.
- Manage and drive the complete Estimation & Design Life cycle processes in full compliance to relevant NFPA and QCDD standards including.
– Studying Project Specification- Preparation of BOQs- Generation of Costing Sheets- Preparation of Bids/Quotations/Proposals- Preparation & submission of Design Drawings and Documents
- Coordinate effectively with existing business units/manufacturers/suppliers.
- Execute and complete Design packages for projects meeting clients requirements, within the Project budget and within the agreed schedule.
- Review Client requirements and arrange Design Drawings/Deliverables for client review and approval.
Provide timely Reports to the Management in line with the organizational guidelines on the status of the Enquiries/Bids and Design deliverables
