The Company serves a lot of industries, such as the Cosmetic, Fashion, Watch & Jewelry or Automobile.Albatross CX provides tailored programs which offer our clients an end-to-end solution that engages staff, inspires customers, and builds long-lasting emotionally-driven relationships.As part of the analysis of our customers experiences, the Operations team oversees collecting the feedback of potential customers (Evaluators) through store evaluations (physical and online) and key information that will support high-level decisions.We are currently looking for a Freelance Recruiter who will assist the Operations team to recruit qualified Freelance Evaluators based on the demand of each project in the Middle East (UAE, Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait, Saudi, etc.)YOUR DUTIES:
- Recruit and certify a sufficient and adequate number of local / GCC nationals Freelance Evaluators.
- Find the right profile, screen them for suitability and assist them in completing their profile.
- Coordinate and report recruitment status to the Operations Manager or the Operations Team Leader
