Job Description:
We are looking for a results-driven and customer-focused Sales Executive/Manager with a proven track record in the glass manufacturing or related field. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of sales experience in Dubai, particularly within the contracting and interiors sector. As a Sales Executive/Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our market presence, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the contracting and interiors industry.
Manage and grow existing client accounts through effective relationship-building and customer service.
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.
Achieve sales targets and objectives through strategic planning and effective sales techniques.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
Provide timely and accurate sales reports to management.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in Dubai, preferably in the glass manufacturing, contracting, or interiors industry.
UAE driving license is a must.
Fluent in English; proficiency in either Arabic or Russian is required.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Compensation:
Basic Salary: AED 4000 – 8,000 per month
Commission Structure: Competitive commission package based on sales performance
