Description:
Hiring Executive Assistant
An ADGM registered finance start-up finance is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic EA to join their growing team. Preference is for someone with +15yrs administrative and office management experience, with a minimum of 5yrs as an EA. Experience dealing with upper management and board members essential.
The right candidate will have a mature outlook and approach to a variety of tasks. The role will be hybrid for up to 6 months, then will be office based. Someone who has worked in both Abu Dhabi and Dubai and has a good understanding of the ADGM and DIFC would be ideal for this role due to the nature of the projected growth of the company.
Requirements:
Fluent English and Russian essential
Minimum 5yrs experience in an EA role reporting directly to upper management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to confidently liaise directly with clients when necessary
Proficiency with office management tools and an aptitude for learning new software and systems
Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges
Experience in overseeing budgets and expenses, and developing internal processes and filing systems
Valid UAE drivers license advantageous
