Qualifications:

• A seasoned sloth with 7+ years of experience lounging in the realms of art direction, brand development, brand strategy or copywriting.
• While an undergraduate degree is a plus, we’re more interested in your ability to hang with the creative crowd.
• Must excel in group slumber sessions and be a team player in the art of relaxation.
• Have a burning passion for creating and ideation, even if your fire burns at a sloth’s pace.
• Show off your diverse and robust portfolio of slothful creations spanning both B2B and B2C sectors.
• Ability to leisurely oversee several projects from inception to completion, ensuring they’re presented before the leaves change color.
• Exude a quietly confident aura, like a sloth basking in the afternoon sun.
• Understand the commercial aspects of the agency without breaking a sweat… or breaking into a sprint.
• Familiar with the dynamics of an agency, particularly the Sloth Work Concept (SWC) modelwhere Slow, Wise, and Creative are the guiding principles.
• Expertise in hiring and managing the creative team, because who knows sloths better than fellow sloths
• Possess excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, inspiring the creative team to give their best while barely breaking a yawn.
• Communicate with the eloquence of a sloth’s gentle sigh, both in writing and in sleepy murmurs.
