Description:
The Sales Coordinator will have the responsibility to coordinate for all sales activities under certification, inspection, and support the business development team.
Main Accountabilities
Conversant & adhere to Group procedures: Compliance code, IT policy, Safety & Security Manual, Dubai Quality Manual, Staff Handbook, ISO 17020, and ISO 9001.
Assist sales team with all after-sales needs, ensure all requests are responded to successfully on time.
Draft proposal for clients and service agreements.
Handle website inquiries and assign them to sales team
Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange an appointment
Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
Interact with other departments for smooth operation. All queries and complaints are answered professionally within the set time limit. Also provide support as required, for the efficient functioning of a team-oriented office environment.
Liaising with clients. Attending meetings as and when required with suppliers/ exporters with professional service rendered.
Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact our customer experience providing help and advice to customers, using the organization’s products or services.
Assist reporting manager to prepare reports/presentations.
Execution of additional tasks as assigned and be flexible in times of increased work volume
Be an active contributor and support a team-oriented office environment.
Work with other staff to ensure that prerequisites (like prequalification or getting on a vendor list) are fulfilled in a timely manner.
Qualifications, Experience and Technical Skills
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Good technical skills with respect to conformity and compliance.
Language proficiency. Exhibit excellent communication skills [Oral & Written]
MS-Office tools: Internet Explorer, MS Exchange (fundamentals), Excel (enter data, create spreadsheets, simple formulas), Word (create basic documents, use templates).
Experience as a sales coordinator or in administration may be advantageous.
The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
A team player with a high level of dedication
Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Power Point, Outlook, and Excel)
