Job Discription
Responsibility:
•Ensure business transactions are reported in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
•Work closely with team members to assist with the month-end close.
•Assist with the annual audit process including the draft of the financial statements and related notes.
•Research and analyze expense variances for company management.
•Keeping track of books of accounts like the general ledger, payables, the bank, and fixed assets, etc.
•Charged with creating and presenting monthly and yearly financial statements. Balance sheet, cash flow statement, profit and loss account, etc.
•Create yearly and monthly budgets, and management reports, and assist in putting cost-cutting measures into action.
•Maintain records, file tax returns, and ensure that all financial and tax regulations—both local and federal—are followed.
Qualifications
•3+ years of professional accounting experience. (Preferably in the real estate industry)
•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance
•English and Arabic language (advantage)
