Job Discription
Mystery shopping is a tool that business owners use to understand customer service and control, over cash transactions. As a mystery shopper, you may be required to purchase specific product / service. Your job would be to walk in as a customer and make a report of your overall experience while you are at the outlet, hotel or retail store. As a mystery shopper, you will be gauging customer service, staff’s knowledge of product & services and also test cash transactions. On completion, you will be required to submit details report within 12 hours from visit. In most of the cases, mystery shopping can be done on weekends or after office hours. Payment to mystery shoppers differs from project to project and is agreed in advance.
Candidate Requirement
•Ability to write in English and speak in clear English a Arabic (Arabic is optional)
•Ability to record detailed observations (including name of staff and time)
•Ability to adhere to strict report submission deadlines
•Availability by email / phone when required
