⮞ Effectively manage and handle the pre-sale activities.
⮞ Source New sales Opportunities through outbound calls and cold calling.
⮞ Fixing the meeting of the clients with the concerned Authorities.
⮞ Interacting with prospective Clients (individuals, Investors, Retailers, and Property dealers) so as to keep them upbeat with the latest developments and offerings for making them a part of our projects.
⮞ Keep accurate records of the Conversations, so these can be feedback to our client.
Required Experience and Qualification:
⮞ Good communication skills required.
⮞ At least 3 months in Dubai real estate market.
⮞ Graduation preferred.
