Hiring Senior Officer Administration for Govt Entitiy in Dubai

Education: Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Business Administration.
Experience: 0-1 years
This role is designed for an individual with a strong foundation in administrative support, eager to facilitate the efficient operation of permit issuance and compliance services. As a vital member of our team, you will ensure the smooth execution of administrative tasks, uphold departmental standards, and contribute to our ongoing success.
Adminsitrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to ensure efficient department operations.
Workflow Coordination Facilitate seamless communication and coordination between back-office and front-office staff.
Data Management Maintain and manage system data, ensuring accuracy.
Customer Service Oversight Monitor and support customer service efforts, ensuring the timely issuance of service permits and resolution of client inquiries.
Skills:
Proficient in technical writing and documentation.
Excellent organizational skills, with a keen ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and administrative software.
