As the Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful installation of Padel courts while leading a team of experienced helpers. You will be responsible for managing medium-sized projects, including coordinating logistics, materials, and tasks to ensure a seamless installation process. The ideal candidate for this position should have prior experience in Padel court installation, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to lead a team effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Manage and oversee medium-sized Padel court installation projects from start to finish. Ensure all aspects of the project are completed within established timelines and budgets.
Team Leadership: Lead and supervise a team of experienced helpers, providing guidance, instruction, and support throughout the installation process. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
Logistics and Materials: Coordinate the transportation of materials, equipment, and tools required for the installation. Ensure that all necessary resources are available on-site and ready for use.
Installation Oversight: Direct and participate in the Padel court installation process, ensuring that each stage is executed according to industry standards and project requirements.
Quality Control: Conduct quality checks at various stages of installation to ensure that the courts are built to the highest standards, addressing any issues or discrepancies promptly.
Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce safety protocols and guidelines to ensure the well-being of the installation team and compliance with safety regulations.
Problem Solving: Address any challenges or obstacles that may arise during the installation process, finding practical solutions to keep the project on track.
Client Communication: Maintain open and clear communication with clients, addressing their questions, concerns, and providing regular project updates.
Doentation: Maintain detailed records of project progress, including materials used, labor hours, and any modifications made during the installation.
Qualifications:
