Job Discription
•Proactively owning and driving software implementations.
•Understanding company’s needs, business requirements, and priorities
•Implementing software configuration recommendations based on company’s business needs.
•Providing support to company’s inquiries related to complex software application questions.
•Writing and executing SQL statements to understand a resolve data specific issues.
•Developi reports and notifications based on business needs.
•Identifying and owning client issues and seeing them through to resolution
•Participating in quality assurance testing of resolved issues
•Articulates and doents to meet company’s’ needs for consideration as future software enhancements
•Assists with analysis and prioritization of product defects and enhancement requests for scheduling to future software release.
•Participates in functionality testing of new software features.
•Responsible for website enhancing and development
•Key contact person related to company’s website enhancement.

Candidate Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Scien.
• Microsoft Dynamix Nav experience must required.
• Knowledge and experience in Website developing is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
