Job Description
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and documents.
- Setup and coordinate meetings.
- Create, transcribe, and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.
- Answer telephones and handle in appropriate manner.
- Meet and greet clients and visitors.
- Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
- Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
- Assist department managers and other staff by carrying out administrative and general office duties.
- Assist with requesting for technical assistance from the IT Department.
- Assist with requesting assistance for any required repairs or maintenance checks necessary at AREDC office.
- Coordinates with Human Resources Department for all personnel related matters.
- Arrange appointment, meeting and travel.
- Handle and follow up guest complaints pertaining to the department.
- Send and receive emails and handle without delay.
- Use computer software to manage data and prepare reports.
