Job Description
Reviews and processes Personnel/Position Action Requests to ensure accuracy and completion of various personnel/position changes (e.g. new hires, promotions, transfers, salary increases, medical insurance etc.).Prepares HR payroll in coordination with Finance Department.Compiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies)Providing support for employee administration and processing issuesProcess All types of leaveDeal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulationPrepares letters, memos, routine reports, and other correspondence and documents.Provides assistance and information to employees, applicants and other agencies on Human Resources functions, activities and services.Prepares employee termination process and issues employee clearance form.Performs other related work as required.
