Job Description
Having up to date knowledge of Saudi Labor laws, Saudization system and NitaqatNegotiating and creating job offers for selected candidates.Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.Run the daily functions of the Human Resource department.Monitors violations and prepares warning letters after the required approval.Follows up the attendance system.Prepares the HR reports and letters.In charge of GOSI.Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resources.Performs other duties as assigned.
