Job Summary:We are seeking an entry-level Finance Coordinator to join our partner team, our partner is an international hospitality firm. The Finance Coordinator will be responsible for handling accounts payable, accounts receivable, and invoice processing. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of finance principles, strong attention to detail, the to work independently and efficiently.Responsibilities:- Process accounts payable invoices, ensuring accurate coding, proper approvals, and timely payments.- Perform accounts receivable duties, including generating and sending invoices to customers, monitoring payment receipts, and reconciling customer accounts.- Assist in credit control activities, follow up on overdue payments, and communicate with customers regarding outstanding invoices.- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies.- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts payable and accounts receivable.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.- Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure timely and accurate invoice processing and payment.- Respond to vendor and customer inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and account balances.- Assist in preparing financial reports related to accounts receivable and accounts payable.- Stay updated on relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements.Requirements:- Bachelors degree in finance or accounting.- Some experience or internship in a finance or accounting role be considered a plus.- Basic understanding of finance principles and processes.- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.- Effective written and verbal communication skills.- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
