Job Description
- Operate & maintain BMS associated equipment
- Monitor and maintain electrical, plumbing and mechanical work order systems
- Carry out routine checks report & repair any defect found
- To enable to ensure safe working conditions
- Supervising the preventive maintenance program
- Report incident and unsafe working environment without delay to engineering management
- Oversee the prompt response, creating and close work orders on the same shift/duty
- Trouble shoots and repairs challenging issues on duty
- To provide feedback and advice to the Lead Engineer on operation, materials, work, method and other items for maximum efficiency of resources
- To ensure proper maintenance of materials and to advice on operation, materials, work, method and other items for maximum efficiency of resources
- The ability to maintain good working relationships with other employees, providing instruction and encouragement as needed?
