Solar PV Sales Engineer

As a Solar PV Sales Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of solar energy adoption across the region. Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients for solar PV rooftop projects in the Dubai market.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through research, networking, and relationship building.
Collaborate with technical teams to design and propose customized solar PV solutions that meet client requirements.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to educate clients on the benefits of solar energy and the company’s offerings.
Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, while achieving sales targets.
Negotiate contract terms and pricing to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
-Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and market developments to provide informed solutions to clients.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand the company’s network and promote its services.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, providing insights into market trends and performance.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience of 2 to 6 years in solar PV sales within the Dubai market.
Strong understanding of solar PV technology, rooftop projects, and renewable energy solutions.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively engage clients and convey technical concepts.
Existing network and relationships within the solar energy industry in Dubai is a plus.
Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
Knowledge of local regulations and incentives related to solar energy projects.
Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
