The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of leadership, a deep understanding of wealth management, and a passion for building and scaling businesses.As the CEO and Co-Founder of our company, you will play a key role in driving our success by the following responsibilities:Strategic Leadership:Provide visionary leadership to drive the digital wealth management platform’s growth, positioning, and innovation within the fintech landscape.Develop and communicate a compelling strategic vision that aligns with the unique needs and expectations of high net worth individuals in Saudi Arabia.Wealth Tech Expertise:Leverage extensive experience in fintech and wealth technology to enhance the platform’s digital capabilities and ensure it remains at the forefront of industry advancements.Experience working in the private markets through direct interactions with private market funds or fund platformsDrive the implementation of cutting-edge technologies, such as artificial intelligence and machine learning, to optimize client services and investment strategies.High Net Worth Client Focus:Demonstrate a deep understanding of the expectations and preferences of high net worth individuals.Develop and maintain strong relationships with high net worth clients, understanding their unique financial goals and providing tailored solutions.Regulatory Compliance:Stay abreast of the regulatory environment in Saudi Arabia, ensuring that the platform complies with all relevant financial regulations, particularly those related to digital wealth management.Team Leadership and Development:Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and client-centricity.Mentor and develop talent, ensuring that the team possesses the skills and knowledge required for success in the wealth tech sector.Partnership and Stakeholder Management:Establish and nurture strong relationships with strategic partners, regulators, and industry stakeholders.Collaborate with key players in the financial ecosystem to expand the platform’s reach and enhance its service offerings.Qualifications:Must-Have Requirements and Qualifications:You are among the 1% of people who are true entrepreneurs at heart!
