Job Summary:-? Qualification: Bachelor?s in Engineering.? Experience: 8-10 years of work-related experience (Bidding Contracts) which 05 years should be in GCC.? Responsibilities:-? Participating as necessary, in developing the solicitation and writing the draft documents.? Contracts administration must be considered during this process.? Monitoring the contractors progress and performance to ensure goods and services conform to the contract requirements.? Compile project programme installation, procurement and drawing programme? Identify key dates start / closing of project & resources available.? Evaluate problem areas and highlight areas of concern.? Analyze information supplied by suppliers / sub-contractors.? Coordinating information for creating unique program for individual projects.? Preparation of Project Cash Flow.? Preparation of Man power requests with approval of concerned HOD, HRM, GM, Manpower calculations and utilization.? Preparation of recovery program to catch up delays.? Preparation of short term detailed schedule based on baseline schedule.? Prepare various strategies for all planning activities for projects.? Maintain all asset investment plans and ensure compliance to capital expenditure.? Ensure accuracy for all operational requirements for projects and achieve all investment objectives.? Evaluate all system capacity and analyze all project requirement and system deficiencies.? Provide support to all operations and extension requests.? Manage work as per component technical resources for all Project plans? Analyze all engineering activities for all internal and external departments.? Develop required to enhance performance of planning projects.? Manage all communication and provide efficient feedback for all processes.? Recommend appropriate improvements and ensure optimal quality of all project schedules and evaluate reports,? Perform regular analysis of all schedule trends.? Maintain an efficient performance of all schedule and analyze all software tools and assist in transmission and distribution of all projects.? Plan and schedule the project by developing a project master schedule in line with the proposal requirement.? Identify the project deliverables, milestones. And required tasks and targets to determine the staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of the project through the project measurement system.?
