Chemonics is seeking technical experts for the upcoming for the for the anticipated $50-100 million USAID/Jordan Fiscal Empowerment and Continuous Harmonization of Public Financial Management for Optimized Economic Growth (FISCAL-ECHO) Project. This five-year activity seeks to promote economic growth within the country and facilitate the implementation of the Economic Modernization Vision by improving fiscal policies and the public financial management performance in Jordan. The project aims to foster economic growth, create a more favorable business climate, and encourage public strategic investments in addition to fiscal stability and improve public financial management performance.
We are seeking mid- and senior-level technical specialists in the following areas:
• Public financial management
• Domestic resource mobilization
• Fiscal reform
• Public administration
• Public-private partnerships
• Public sector investments
• Strategic communications
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as economics, finance, accounting, public administration, public policy, communications, international relations, business.
• At least five years of demonstrated technical expertise and experience designing and managing programming in one or more of the technical areas outlined above is required.
• Experience working on USAID–funded and/or other donor-funded programs strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership, versatility, and integrity.
• Strong written and oral language skills in English and Arabic required. Application Instructions:
