As a Specialist – Customer Analyticsfor MUSE Loyalty Program, you will use data from both physical anddigital channels to develop a robust understanding of the performance of our business.You will be a critical partner for our business leaders in the Data & Analytics Team.

What you’ll be doing

• Develop a unified view of member shopping behaviors and memberengagement end-to-end performance.
• Increase the productivity of MUSE loyalty operations by harnessing data tosimplify, improve UX, automate, reduce errors, and accelerate time-to-value.
• Generate actionable insights from data and champion their use to drive value.
• Predict and forecast potential outcomes, to support our core stream ofmarketing, benefits and experiences, operations, and training proactivity.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize productivity, next best action, value, andultimately customer delight.
• Identify new opportunities and business use cases to generate value.
• Work with the core data team to operationalize and deliver impact through data
  products.
• Champion the growth of trustworthy data critical to unearthing previously unknownbehaviors which aid ongoing MUSE business operations.

What you’ll need to succeed

• You canpresent data outputs/findings in a compelling storytelling way typically to anon-technical audience non-technical audience.
• You are strong at collaborating and solving problems in a cross-functional teamenvironment, dynamic, andfast-paced environment.
• You aresolutions-oriented to understand requirements and define the rightmethodology to conduct analysis (scoring, segmentation, predictive model).
• You preferably have ademonstrated expertise in working with large transactional data, appdata, web data, eCommerce data, and soft/ qualitative data across GCC countries.
• You preferably have experience in conducting customer-level analysis across CX, UX, MediaPerformance.
• You can determine which customers to target for marketing campaigns using techniques including statistical clustering and value-based segmentation.
• You have first-hand experience with advanced analytics/machine learning concepts andtechniques and their application to business decisions.
• You are preferably experienced inGoogle Cloud Platform, Google Big Query, and Lookersoftware.
