Your job duties
At Chalhoub, we express everything that is exceptional and unique. As a Fashion Consultant, you will be responsible for achieving individual and overall sales goals while providing an exceptional guest experience and supporting customer relationship management, customer experience, and other key customer and employee initiatives in the store. In your role, we expect you to perform the following tasks:
. Collect data on customer behavior and best-selling and lowest-selling products, which will be a key component of workflow reviews.
. Enhance Relationships with customers through a comprehensive, multi-channel approach.
. Providing feedback and information regarding the product to the customer before the purchase process.
. Enhancing the employee loyalty measurement index through employee initiatives, culture and experiences.

. Ensure adherence to visual merchandising guidelines and standard operating procedures.
. Ensure that online purchase and in-store pickup are carried out in accordance with service level agreements.
. Ensure that On customer data according to the requirements of the marketing team.
. Promoting the customer loyalty program (MUSE) and staying updated on e-app offers, etc.
. Providing support regarding in-store marketing events .
. Keep up with all activities and loads Our brand social media.
. Boost in-store sales.
. Support in-store customer experience initiatives.
. Deliver feedback on what’s working and what’s not Effective in the store.
Ingredients for your success
. It is preferable to have experience in sales or customer service with brands specializing in retailing luxury goods.
