Your Job Roles
At Chalhoub Creativity is the result of a team effort! As a Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a sales team to achieve sales goals while delivering an exceptional guest experience and providing support in implementing CRM, customer experience, and other key customer and employee-related initiatives in the store. Your duties will include:
. Enhance talent within the team through on-the-job training and extended assignments in coordination with the personnel partner.
. Enhance employee satisfaction index through employee initiatives, culture and experiences.
. Oversee daily store operations Related to visual merchandising, retail point of sale compliance and sales team schedules.
. Providing support to store employees during in-store events.
. Acting as the main point of contact with the back office team.

. Ensure that electronic purchases and in-store pick-up operations are carried out within the framework of service level agreements.
. Ensure that the information team obtains customer data that matches the requirements of the marketing team.
. Promote the loyalty program (MUSE) and ensure team members are familiar with app offers, etc.
. Increase revenue goals for the store.
. Boost in-store sales.
. Supporting customer experience initiatives in the store.
. Expressing an opinion on what works and what is not working in the store and providing feedback regarding them.
