Your Job Duties
The Beauty Consultant will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to all of our clients and using appropriate sales techniques and product knowledge to reach sales goals. He will also be responsible for counter cleanliness, restocking, and handling new product launches, product demonstrations, and marketing. Our consultant will also be obligated to maintain a high level of standards when it comes to attracting clients, as his responsibilities include the following:
. Developing guest experience standards and maintaining their sustainability to enhance customer loyalty.
. Answering customer inquiries about products, prices, availability, and uses of the product and services.
. Communicating with customers to assess their needs, providing assistance to them in meeting those needs, and meeting or even anticipating customer expectations.
. Informing customers about the product ranges best suited to their needs.
. Explain the uses and advantages of different brands and products.
. Promote sales while achieving established line and sales goals by employing makeup knowledge.
. Follow up on store-level goals.
. Preparing daily sales reports.
. Participation in achieving incentives.
. Follow up on sales goals after launching the new product at the store level.
. Ensure that store merchandising levels are achieved in accordance with… Brand aspects.
. Ensure that stores are restocked on the appropriate shelves and at the appropriate times.
. Submit inventory shortage reports using the inventory request form.
. Ensure receipt of inventory according to established procedures.
Essentials for your success
At least two years of experience in the beauty sector.
