We are recruiting a Female Accountant to join our Financial & Accounting

Dept. immediately in Dubai, UAE.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage all accounting transactions
Prepare budget forecasts
Publish financial statements in time
Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
Ensure timely bank payments
Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
Audit financial transactions and documents
Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
Comply with financial policies and regulations

 Education:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent.
Hands-on experience with accounting software like QuickBooks.
Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
2-5 years of relevant work experience in Fit-Out Industry.

Technical Expertise / Skills / Knowledge:

Sound understanding of general principles of accounting and payroll processing.
Sound understanding of relevant UAE and VAT law.
Sound analytical and intellectual capabilities & High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Good communication skills (spoken & written).
Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with managers / staff from different cultural backgrounds.
