Description:
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Specialist. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing new sales strategies to enable the growth of the business, managing existing marketing initiatives, coordinating online and offline marketing campaigns, and ensuring effective customer engagement and retention. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will work in close collaboration with cross-functional teams and report to the Director of Sales.
Qualifications
Diploma holder higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a track record of successful relationship building, lead generation, and sales closing
Strong understanding of digital and traditional marketing methods, tools, and techniques
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional and collaborative teams
A data-driven approach to decision making and a good understanding of analytics and metrics
Experience with social media platforms, website analytics tools, and CRM software
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
