Business Development Manager, Saudi Arabia (SAR 15,000 plus commission)
As part of our expansion in Saudi Arabia, we at Massar are seeking a results-driven and experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth, build strategic partnerships, and enhance our market presence. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities within Saudi Arabi and the UAE, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, excellent communication skills, and be familiar with the Saudi Arabian market.
Responsibilities:
– Conduct market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive activity
– Analyze market data to develop effective strategies for business growth
– Identify and engage with potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting solutions
– Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, meeting or exceeding revenue targets
– Build and nurture strategic partnerships with key stakeholders and industry influencers
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage partnerships for business development
– Prepare proposals and presentations for potential clients
– Work closely with internal teams to ensure proposals align with client requirements
– Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
– Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and providing innovative solutions
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
– Proven experience in business development, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales target
– Strong knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market and business environment
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment
