This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious candidate who is looking to shape the Music development of students aged 3-18, working in partnership with teachers, school leaders, and a Head of Visiting Music Teachers. This is a significant role with the whole school responsibility. The faculty has seen substantial expansion in the learning space this year and the school is seeking a Director who can develop followership, and usage of resources, build whole school and departmental relationships and nurture a passion for Music. Enhancing a focus on curriculum teaching and learning journey development with a long-term aim of increasing applications to study music beyond Keystage 3. This position requires effective time management, clear communication, curriculum focus and high levels of interpersonal skills to work with a number of stakeholders.
