Job Description
we are looking to hire an Internal Audit candidate with relevant experience of 3 plus years. The candidate should have expertise in understanding ?As is Process?, Gap Assessment, development of policies & procedures with adequate risk control.Perform audit procedures to evaluate the condition of financial and operational controls. Should have knowledge in areas such as Procurement to Payment/Purchase audit and warehouse audits ? E commerce Experience would be value advantageShould have experience in process analysis, SOP drafting – Assist in the development of internal audit scope and audit programs. Prepare internal audit work papers, in accordance with the department.Documenting and archival work needs to be performedMaking practical and value-added recommendations to improve risk management practices and the efficiency and effectiveness of operations. Present the findings and does the recommendations to business unit management. Perform follow-up reviews of outstanding internal audit issues and assist in the preparation of reporting.Prepare Internal Audit Reports and presents the same to the department head and function heads along with recommendation and implementation status of previous recommendation on a quarterly basis.Identify and recommend ways to optimize costs and improve revenues and profitability.Ensure adherence to existing company policies and procedures and suggest improvements in the existing policies and procedures in line with best practices and industry benchmarks.Ensure compliance with local applicable laws. Review contracts, evaluate quotations and support function heads in ensuring adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements.Support department head in strategic decision making based on risks identified, compliance requirements, contract evaluations and market research.Excellent written & verbal communication, initiative, and coordination skills with great attention to detail.
