Receptionist / Client Onboarding | Dubai | Full Time | +Bonuses | Fluent English Speaking + Multi Lingual | Immediate Start
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a highly proficient Receptionist / Onboarding Representative with outstanding customer service skills and the hunger to progress rapidly. You will join our multi-asset retail and institutional Financial brokerage company conceived by a group of enthusiastic and passionate fund managers to empower the new age of traders and investors with the best-in-class technology and powerful platforms. You will be situated in a Modern High rise office complex with ease of access to dining, gym and pool area.
Key Responsibilities:
You must hold genuine pride in your appearance with the ability with a high level of client satisfaction
Welcome and greet every client in a warm and friendly manner and demonstrate excellent customer service at all times
Identify the needs of the client by asking questions and appoint requested services. Handle client questions and concerns effectively and with empathy. Manage client complaints professionally and efficiently in line with the company after sales policy, escalating to management if necessary, Diary Management of Executives, Provide efficient and courteous handling of telephone calls, Must Hold an Excellent, clear and concise telephone manner, Record details accurately and clearly, Provide administrative support, Advise clients accordingly from a general perspective, Uphold municipality standards of hygiene, policies, and procedures
Build relationships with clients and ensure all technical service is recorded for future reference
Encourage and inform clients of new trends focusing on upgrading appointments
Manage client retention with Book Back process
Encourage client referrals to achieve a full day column in line with working days and productivity growth
Maintain personal grooming standards at all times enhancing the image of the industry and Profile brand
Perform prep and cleaning of the reception area during working hours to ensure a comfortable environment for the waiting client
Report to management any concerns in connection with the departments a client issues requiring attention
Attend planned trainings as necessary to update skills
Update by self- learning to be confident within the role
Guide and supervise new reception staff as needed to support the department.
Inform manager of depleting stocks
Perform other role related duties as assigned
Location: Dubai Media City – Prestigious office space located in Business Bay, Media City – Access to Gym, Pool and Dining – Salary range: AED Above Market Rate + Bonuses – Job type: Permanent – Job Section: Administration / Secretarial / Financial Sectors – Working Hours: Full Time – Mon To Fri – Standard Business hours – Job Type: Full-time, Permanent – Working Hours (9:30 am to 6pm)
Salary: 5k to 7.5k AED (DOE) + Bonuses

Salary: AED 5,000.00 – AED 7,500.00 per month

Candidate Requirement
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a receptionist or front desk role is Essential
Previous experience related to the financial sector and markets Essential
Highly Competent in multi-tasking, organisation and Highly Presentable
Experience in onboarding clients Highly Desirable
Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
Proficient in using phone systems and office equipment
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a dynamic environment
Familiarity with basic administrative tasks and office software
