Our Client is one of the established and reputed operations in transportation services and a contractor for heavy equipment clearing services in the automotive market-based in the UAE. They are currently looking for a Maintenance Operations Manager basedinAbuDhabi
The responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- You will be responsible for managing the execution of maintenance operations from end to end, such as call-outs, fit-outs, and repairs, to implement the equipment maintenance, process operations work, and unit follow-up,etc
- Directing, ManagingOperationsandMaintenance of truck loaders, cranes, and forklifts,within the policies and procedures of the company.
- Provide detailed processes for vehicle repair, schedules formaintenance, and equipmentusage along with an operational plan and manpower matrix.
- Systematically monitors the effectiveness of transportation & fleet programs and services.
- Prepare themaintenanceand operation budget for all fleet of the equipment, machines and vehicle.
- Responsible for the supervision, coordination and implementation of preventive and correctivemaintenance
Requirements
To be considered for this role :
- Min 5 years experience at a Managerial level handling the operational process in a transportation/rental heavy equipment services
- Should have experience in managing the preventive & operational maintenance of equipment like cranes, forklifts, loaders, crushers, scissor lifts, and manlifts.
- Should be willing to be based on-site for a full-time role.
- Bachelor’s degree or any relevant engineering certification in the relevant field.
- Fluent in English & Arabic communication is a mandate.
