We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team at Birchwood Realtors. As a Real Estate Sales Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service, build long lasting relationships, and facilitate successful real estate transactions.

Responsibilities:
•Generate leads and prospect potential clients through various channels, including referrals, networking, online platforms, and direct marketing.
•Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on current real estate trends, property values, and comparable sales in the area.
•Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties by understanding their needs, preferences, and financial capabilities.
•Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase properties and attract potential buyers or tenants.
•Guide clients through the entire real estate transaction process, including negotiations, drafting contracts, inspections, and closing procedures.
•Provide accurate and up-to-date information on properties, market conditions, and financing options to help clients make informed decisions.
•Build and maintain a strong network of contacts in the real estate industry.
•Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote properties and attract potential clients.
•Attend industry events, seminars, and training sessions to stay abreast of industry developments and enhance your knowledge and skills.
•Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards in all interactions with clients, colleagues, and industry professionals.
Qualifications:
•Experienced Real Estate Sales Agent and Valid RERA license will be preferred.
•Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
•Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends, regulations, and procedures.
•Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
•Exceptional customer service skills and a client-focused approach.
•Driving license and car are advantageous but not mandatory.
•Basic computer skills like MS Office.
