Concept of with sharing, without sharing of classes
Unit Test and deployments
Concept of Visualforce pages development
Lightning Web Component
Concept of custom settings and custom meta data
Expertise in SOQL Queries
Debugging Issues and be able to apply fixes in short time
Workflows, Process builders, flows (now working on flows but have workflows and process builders in system, so be able to debug and fix issues if there are any)
Clear concepts of data sharing, profile and permissions (private, read/write etc.)
Define Sharing rules
Customer or partner community experience is a plus
Data Import is a plus
Integration (REST)
Ability to convert requirements into Solution design
Ability to conduct user acceptance testing sessions to business
